




Job Summary: The Purchasing Assistant will manage, control, optimize, and ensure the timely procurement of goods and services required for company operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and collaborate with the best supplier options We are Ohlala!, a restaurant, café, and bakery chain with 11 locations across Guadalajara, Zapopan, and Tlajomulco, plus a production facility where we manufacture all our bread and desserts—also distributed to wholesale customers in addition to our own outlets.
