Join our team as: **"Information Analyst"** **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain indicators (KPIs), databases, and analytical procedures. * Propose solutions for the proper administration of construction and maintenance projects for MOBILITY ADO's real estate assets. * Administer the Project Control Management System (GCP), as well as the real estate company's budgetary control technological tools, ensuring their correct operation, timely information updates, and effective analytical utilization. * Participate in the preparation, control, and monitoring of the annual budget per operational management unit through information analysis, financial projections, and operational infrastructure and real estate maintenance needs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Power BI. **We Offer:** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * $14,400\- Gross monthly salary. * 7% Savings Fund. * $1,400 Monthly food vouchers. * Cafeteria subsidy. * Funeral expense insurance. **Work Modality:** * **On-site.** * Office hours. * Location: Venustiano Carranza, CDMX — 5 minutes from San Lázaro metro station.
