* **Compensation:** MXN 11,500 net monthly. Direct employment contract and statutory benefits, enhanced (e.g., Life Insurance).
* **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, with three shift options: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, and 9:00 AM–6:30 PM.
* **Work location:** Polanco neighborhood, Miguel Hidalgo. Four blocks from Polanco metro station.
**What we seek?**
* Minimum 6 months of experience as: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Assistant.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration (graduated or currently completing final requirements).
* 6 months to 1 year of experience in payroll administration—including payroll receipt, control and review of incidents, payroll review (ISR, IMSS contributions, Infonavit), calculation and preparation of: ISN, Fonacot, IMSS variability, bonus calculations, occupational risk, vacation accruals, disability leave, etc.
* Basic understanding of severance settlements and final settlements (finiquitos), Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), PTU (Profit Sharing), and credit calculations (Infonavit, Fovissste, Fonacot).
* Basic knowledge of tax reconciliations: Tax determination and filing, and Worker-Employer Contribution reporting. Proficiency in IMSS systems (SIROC, IDSE, SUA, Sipare)—including employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications.
* Basic accounting: Bank reconciliations, invoice tracking, journal entry preparation, expense/income/daily vouchers, supplier and creditor balance compilation, data analysis, operational support, report delivery, payment voucher preparation, and income reconciliation.
* Familiarity with accounting systems such as Tigo, Aspel NOI, Contpaq, QuickBooks, or ERPs including Oracle, Dynamics, Microsip, SAP, etc.
* Intermediate Excel skills for report management and analysis.
