**LAGRANGE CHURRASCARIA IS SEEKING A PURCHASING MANAGER – RESTAURANT INDUSTRY** We are looking for a **Purchasing Manager** with experience in the restaurant industry, results-oriented, skilled in strategic negotiation and cost control, to ensure efficient supply of ingredients and operational materials required for operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage procurement of food, beverages, materials, and operational supplies. * Negotiate prices, credit terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers. * Develop and maintain strategic relationships with reliable suppliers. * Supervise inventories and ensure optimal stock levels. * Analyze costs and develop savings strategies without compromising quality. * Coordinate deliveries and track purchase orders. * Prepare procurement, cost, and supply reports. * Ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Gastronomy, Business, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement within the restaurant, hotel, or food and beverage industry. * Experience in negotiation and supplier management. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and experience with inventory management systems or ERP. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Skills and Competencies:** * Effective negotiation. * Leadership and personnel management. * Organization and planning. * Cost and budget analysis. * Problem solving. * Sense of urgency. * Working under pressure. * Effective communication. * Results orientation. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary.
