We are seeking a **Purchasing Manager** to ensure the timely procurement of supplies, spare parts, and equipment that keep our operations running smoothly. **Responsibilities** * Procure materials, supplies, spare parts, and equipment according to internal department needs. * Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers. * Manage quotations, comparative analyses, and purchase orders. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely restocking with the warehouse. * Track deliveries, transit times, and supplier performance. * Maintain documentation for invoices, delivery notes, and contracts. * Conduct periodic supplier evaluations and propose continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement (preferably in HORECA, food, or retail sectors). * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, International Trade, Engineering, or related field. * Proficiency in Excel and procurement or ERP systems (ODOO is preferred). * Strong negotiation skills, cost analysis capability, and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously. * Organized, reliable, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Continuous training and genuine growth opportunities. * Involvement in a specialized and expanding industry. * A collaborative, dynamic work environment fueled by passion for coffee.
