Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Capsule Filler Operator in the pharmaceutical industry to perform equipment adjustments, process controls, and product encapsulation, ensuring quality. Active participation in quality control of pharmaceutical products **Pharmaceutical Group** with over 45 years of experience in the healthcare sector seeks your talent to join us as: ***CAPSULE FILLER OPERATOR – PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY*** **What Do You Need?** * Completed secondary education with certificate * Minimum 1 year of experience operating pharmaceutical capsule fillers * Availability to rotate across 3 shifts from Monday to Saturday (morning, afternoon, and night), rotating shifts every 15 days. **Responsibilities** * Provide support to the department as required by the company * Train assigned personnel when required by the department and operations * Conduct physical tests and process controls during encapsulation * Perform equipment adjustments to maintain parameters within specifications * Reconcile and finalize manufacturing records for each produced product * Disassemble, clean, and reassemble various types of capsule fillers * Perform cleaning and manufacturing activities according to standard timeframes * Prevent reprocessing, rework, and non-conformities due to failure to meet product quality standards * Report any defects detected in products, equipment, or work area during working hours * Deactivate or disable a physical component or a critical parameter of equipment * Encapsulate products assigned to your area **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary * Statutory benefits from day one * Savings fund and food vouchers from day one * Subsidized cafeteria * Free uniforms Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
