##### **EST Analyst – D2C Data \& Performance** ##### **(Technical Data Analyst – D2C Channel)** **Join Kelly: Where opportunities are unlimited** ##### **At Kelly, we connect talent with opportunities that advance careers and transform organizations.** **With over 78 years of global experience and 29 years in Mexico**, we are leaders in specialized solutions for outsourcing human resources, operational, and administrative processes. **Learn more:** **kellyservices.com.mx** ##### **Position: EST Analyst – D2C Data \& Performance** ##### **We are seeking a technical professional responsible for the analysis, cleaning, and validation of operational data from the D2C channel, with a focus on data standardization, strategic analysis, and operational support.** ##### **Key Responsibilities** * Cleaning, analysis, and validation of operational data from the D2C channel. * Daily use of **SAP Business** for master data management and performance analysis. * Development and consolidation of strategic reports. * Incident tracking and data standardization. * Participation in operational audits at the warehouse (WH) and review of SOP compliance. * Support in system implementation and improvement. * Support in capacity analysis, forecasting, and continuous improvement projects to aid decision-making. ##### **Key Requirements** * Completed Engineering or Bachelor’s degree. * **1 to 3 years** of experience in operational/logistics data analysis. * **Mandatory experience with SAP Business.** * Experience in **data validation and cleaning**. * Desired experience in **system implementation**. * Intermediate–advanced **Excel** skills (pivot tables, analysis). * Technical profile with willingness for **fieldwork**. * **Advanced/conversational English (MANDATORY).** ##### **Benefits** * **Monthly gross salary of $30,000.** * **12 vacation days upon completing 1 year of service.** * **25% vacation bonus.** * **30 days of Christmas bonus (aguinaldo).** * **Life insurance coverage of $120,000\.** * **Monthly food vouchers worth $1,300.** ##### **Work Location** ##### **Corporate Office:** **Calz.
