Del Valle, 10 minutes from Metro 20 de Noviembre, Green Line). **What are we looking for?** * Over 5 years of experience as: Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or Warehouse Operations Manager. * Associate degree (TSU) in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 5 years as Warehouse Manager or Supervisor, including team leadership and management of external suppliers. * 5 years of warehouse administration experience (product inventory management, SDK handling, stock counts, registration of new products, quality inspection, etc.) and order fulfillment (material dispatch to shipping, verification of specifications and requirements, release, packing, packaging, and shipment preparation). * 5 years of cyclic and annual inventory management, inter-warehouse transfers, and preparation of physical and cyclic inventories aligned with system records. * 5 years of personnel management: supervision of staff including supervisors, *pickers*, and forklift operators. * Shift control: scheduling planning, guard duty assignments, and overtime management according to seasonal demand. Performance evaluation: implementation of productivity-based incentives (individual and team). Conflict resolution. * Technical knowledge: Lean Logistics methodologies, 5S, ABC inventory control, and occupational safety regulations. * Legal compliance: adherence to occupational safety regulations (OSHA/STPS) and hazardous waste or material handling protocols. * Fleet management: coordination of preventive maintenance for forklifts, hydraulic pallet jacks, lifting equipment; RF terminals, barcode scanners, *Voice Picking* systems, thermal printers, counterbalanced forklifts, reach trucks, stackers, and electric pallet jacks. * Knowledge and creation of control dashboards and KPI management.
