Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Asphalt Distributor Operator to perform precise asphalt application, equipment maintenance, and daily activity logging. Key Responsibilities: 1. Precise application of asphalt and asphalt emulsions 2. Management and maintenance of asphalt spray quantity 3. Equipment maintenance and daily inspection We are looking for personnel to join our team as: "Asphalt Distributor Operator" REQUIREMENTS: * Valid Federal Driver's License * Basic mechanical knowledge * WORK EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated 3-year experience operating equipment DUTIES: * Application of cutback asphalt or asphalt emulsions for road mixing, prime coat, tack coat, or asphalt surface courses * Spraying asphalt product onto the road in exact quantities; throughout the entire loading duration of the distributor, the spray rate must remain constant without variation due to changes in road gradient or direction * Maintenance of the equipment’s daily logbook * Responsible for daily cleaning and inspection of the hour meter, fuel level, oil levels, and overall maintenance of the assigned unit WE OFFER: * Competitive salary based on qualifications * Direct employment by the company * Statutory benefits Job Type: Full-time Salary: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
