Join us as a **Project Assistant** to conduct metrics analysis and design business presentations on results and objectives achieved for our most important clients. We are looking for: 1) Experience as a commercial assistant and/or involvement in the entire customer service process. 2) Experience as a general manager’s assistant handling invoices and accounts payable. 3) Experience as an administrative assistant managing Excel databases, pivot tables, filters, and preparing weekly and monthly expense reports. 4) Attention to key customers. Your qualifications: a) Education: International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. b) Advanced Excel c) Intermediate English d) One year of experience in similar positions. Responsibilities: * Management of the customer installed base. * Understanding and involvement in the full customer service cycle. * Attending client meetings to support closing activities. * Preparing reports and presentations for external and internal clients to communicate achieved results. * Analyzing information to align with proposals.
