Collaborate with experienced colleagues to achieve top\-tier service—apply now. **Responsibilities** * Respond to live production problems, client service requests, and operational jobs promptly * Cover on\-call duties within US CST hours and during major outages * Deploy minor functional additions, technical updates, and sustain Java\-based solutions * Investigate and resolve backend microservices and REST API\-related issues * Execute unit tests for all introductions and alterations in code * Control the life cycle of change requests from start to approval for launch * Uphold compliance with development norms, including peer reviews, CI steps, and unit verification * Join daily scrums, transitions, and cross\-team cooperation * Coach teammates and offer expert technical tips * Assist offshore counterparts in removing impediments and arranging tasks in order * Work hand in hand with partners to ensure high client satisfaction * Drive improvements to ongoing support methods **Requirements** * In\-depth experience in Java development with Spring MVC and Spring Boot * Established history of leading skilled technical teams * Thorough grounding in enterprise production support work * Acquaintance with API design, microservices constructs, and Kubernetes * Sharp problem\-solving and logical thinking skills * Superior verbal and written communication skills * Proactive, responsible, and results\-oriented attitude * Upper\-Intermediate (B2\) English proficiency * Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related specialty * Postgraduate degree in a similar discipline preferred **Nice to have** * Proven experience with Java microservice ecosystems * Deep familiarity with Spring Core principles * Knowledge of SQL and abilities in log tracking/analysis applications
