




Position Summary: Talent Management Coordinator responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, optimizing workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and analyzing the operational performance of the department. Job stability and professional development **Main Responsibilities (100% Talent Management)** **Recruitment Process Oversight:** Coordinate workflows of assistants and data entry clerks to ensure no bottlenecks occur from application submission through contract signing. **Budget and Resource Control:** Manage the department’s supply inventory and oversee the budget allocated for job board postings and recruitment materials. **Compliance Assurance:** Validate that 100% of selection processes comply with the company’s internal policies and applicable legal regulations regarding data protection. **Operational Performance Analysis:** Generate and analyze monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) on the department’s administrative effectiveness (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and file quality). **Vendor Relationship Management:** Coordinate interactions with external recruitment services, socioeconomic studies providers, and job platforms. **Requirements** **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent technical program with extensive experience. **Residence:** CDMX (Benito Juarez neighborhood) or areas with easy access to the industrial zone/downtown. **Leadership:** Demonstrated ability to organize work teams and delegate administrative support tasks. **Skills and Knowledge** **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate-to-advanced Excel for reporting), ATS systems, and project management tools. **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of the Federal Labor Law and current regulations governing confidential information handling. **Competencies:** Systems thinking, excellent institutional communication, strong organizational capacity, and a focus on process optimization. **What the Company Offers** **Statutory Benefits:** IMSS, Infonavit, year-end bonus, vacation days, and vacation premium from day one. **Direct Hiring:** Job stability with a direct employment contract issued by the company. **Professional Development:** Opportunity to lead the administrative transformation of the Human Capital area. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
