Frustration tolerance and objection handling * Provide proactive recommendations through customer counseling, addressing their needs and exceeding their expectations. * Enter each customer's information into the system to send orders to production; therefore, basic packaging software proficiency and meticulous attention to detail are required. * Positive attitude, service quality, and eagerness to learn. * Collaborate as a team to improve customer service and coordination. * Excellent personal presentation and hygiene. * Fluent communication. * Frustration tolerance and objection handling.
