Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems or Software Engineer with experience in web development, databases, design patterns, and team leadership, plus advanced English proficiency. Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field **(Degree completed)** **Work Mode:** Remote work; occasional office attendance required at the Santa Fe location. **English Proficiency:** Advanced Experience: * 8 years of software development experience with strong expertise in: * Web application implementation using **JEE** or Spring, SOAP services, REST APIs * Persistence and transaction management with relational databases using technologies such as JPA, JTA, or JDBCTemplate * Relational and NoSQL databases * Front-end technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Angular, or **React** * Design patterns across all application layers * Application servers such as WAS, WebLogic, or JBoss EAP * Command-line operations in Unix/Linux environments * Use of Git, Gradle, Jenkins * **Minimum 2 years of experience leading development teams for solution implementation.** * Minimum 1 year of experience working under Agile methodologies such as Scrum. * Mobile development experience. **English proficiency must be conversational.**
