A healthcare company experiencing constant growth; within our Human Capital department, we seek your expertise and talent to join our outstanding team as: **Organizational Development Specialist** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support service interviews * Development plans * Indicator management * Competency-based interviews * Management of middle-level supervisors * Strengthen brand presence * Conduct integration sessions * Identify strengths and areas for improvement KNOWLEDGE: * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Experience designing courses, training programs, etc. * Knowledge of Organizational Development (OD) and Organizational Culture * Service surveys and recognition programs * Talent diagnostics REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related fields. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience performing similar activities in Human Capital / Human Resources. * Knowledge of OD strategies and Organizational Culture.
