Company dedicated to the telecommunications industry Seeking a Radio Control Operator **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Basic Microsoft Office skills * Availability for 12-hour shifts * 6 months of relevant experience **Responsibilities** * Verify via the platform that crews have assigned jobs loaded in their DIMME * Identify crew schedules (CCN) through the platform to prioritize contracts requiring immediate attention, then track older assigned contracts * Validate through DIMME that visits completed by crews are properly registered with photographs and geolocation to confirm attendance at the address * Review technician work and identify areas for improvement or potential service failures, "except for complaints" * Track contracts handled by crews; if low productivity is detected among crew members, report it to the respective supervisor * Support crews during incidents, mechanical failures, or unforeseen events during shifts by maintaining a directory of emergency contact numbers, insurance providers, mechanics, and external repair companies to respond promptly to such situations **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of 9968\.70 * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Work schedule: one day on, one day off Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,968\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
