Position Summary: Lead the supply chain end-to-end, synchronizing planning, production, procurement, customer service, warehousing, and logistics to maximize service levels and optimize costs. Development of high-performance teams Position: Senior Value Chain Manager Location: State of Mexico (Atizapán de Zaragoza) / Querétaro Industry: Metal-mechanical Position Objective Lead the company’s supply chain end-to-end, ensuring proper synchronization among planning, production, procurement, customer service, warehousing, and logistics, with the objective of maximizing service levels, optimizing costs, and guaranteeing operational efficiency. Areas Under Responsibility * Production Planning and Control * Procurement * Customer Service * Warehousing * Logistics Key Responsibilities * Lead the end-to-end S\&OP (Sales \& Operations Planning) process * Align demand, production capacity, and supply * Ensure on-time and in-full (OTD) deliveries and excellence in customer service * Develop and implement procurement and supplier negotiation strategies * Optimize inventory levels (raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods) * Ensure efficiency in warehousing, material handling, and distribution * Implement process improvements (Lean Manufacturing, scrap reduction, cost and time reduction) * Define, monitor, and improve KPIs across the entire supply chain * Coordinate effective communication among commercial, operations, and finance departments * Develop high-performance teams * Achieve production plan compliance * Backorder level * Forecast accuracy Requirements * Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field * Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Value Chain * Proven experience in the metal-mechanical industry (MANDATORY) * Experience leading multiple areas (planning, procurement, logistics, etc.) * Proficiency in: Production planning (MRP / ERP) * Inventory control * Forecasting * Supplier management * Experience implementing processes and continuous improvement initiatives * Intermediate/advanced English * Strong decision-making capability * Effective communication * Strategic leadership We Offer * Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Professional growth opportunities * A growing company * Enhanced benefits * Partnerships (educational, theatrical, etc.) Apply through this channel and join our great family!!
