Comprehensive technical support to customers in laboratory, remote, and on-site environments 2. Maintenance and configuration of computer and network equipment 3. Professional development in printing technology expertise \- Handling customer reports in laboratory, remote, and on-site environments \- Diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of computer equipment, laptops, and mini-printers \- Network equipment configuration \- Administration and generation of reports using the system \- Keeping technical knowledge up-to-date regarding multifunctional and printing devices \- Hardware and software installation and configuration, operating system repair and restoration Desired Technical Skills: Technical support for mini-printers, label printers, and laser and inkjet printing equipment.
