An automotive agency is seeking expansion, therefore we require inventory analyst * Age: 25 to 45 years old * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Willingness to relocate to different agencies within the Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities: Physical inventory counts Preparation of inventory analyses Reconciliation of Ax Factor vs Microsip Coordination with operational departments to resolve inventory variances (clarification of discrepancies, recording of consumptions, etc.), including equalizers, logbook clerks, warehouse staff, etc. Verification of operational controls across the company’s various warehouses or laboratories to improve inventory results Control of inventory shrinkage in coordination with the Warehouse Coordinator and assistants Preparation of reports corresponding to the reviews conducted Proposal of corrective actions to be implemented to the immediate supervisor, based on review results Ensuring that improvement actions across the company’s various warehouses are followed up promptly Implementation of the company’s internal control policies and procedures Weekly review of profit margin Submission of logbooks to laboratories Visits to the company’s various warehouses to verify the accuracy of corresponding reviews Support during inventory counts We offer: * Salary based on experience * Working hours from Monday to Saturday * Statutory benefits Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: Starting at $14,332.50 per month Workplace: On-site employment
