




Position Summary: Technical Support Coordinator to lead an operational team, supervise activities, evaluate performance, and perform electronic equipment repair and maintenance. Report generation and continuous improvement based on KPIs **SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER** WE ARE SEEKING A TECHNICAL SUPPORT COORDINATOR **Requirements** * Minimum Education: Technical diploma Requirements: * Education: Incomplete Engineering degree or student in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields (Systems and/or Administration). * Coordinate and supervise operational staff activities. * Evaluate operational staff performance and take corrective actions when necessary. KPI Monitoring: * Generate periodic reports on performance and goal achievement. * Implement continuous improvements based on KPI results. Team Leadership: * Supervise and coordinate operational staff activities. * Provide ongoing training and development for the technical team. * Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment. * Repair of electronic equipment, displays, mobile phones, and white goods. * Corrective and preventive maintenance. * Availability for fieldwork in CDMX.
