




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Systems Engineer to provide support and maintenance for Contact Center platforms, including virtual server management and end-user technical assistance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support and troubleshooting for Contact Center platforms 2. Maintenance and monitoring of virtual servers (EC2) 3. End-user technical support and incident management CONTACT CENTER PLATFORM SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES * Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to Contact Center platforms. * Updates and Maintenance: Perform maintenance tasks on virtual servers (EC2\). * User Support: Provide technical assistance to users for reported issues. * Virtual Server Management: Monitor platform performance. REQUIREMENTS * Knowledge of virtual servers, networks, cybersecurity, MySQL, APACHE or NGINX. * Graduate of Systems Engineering. * Proactive attitude and ability to resolve conflicts within short timeframes. Salary: $9,600\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
