Join our team as an **Operations and Training Analyst**!
**Location:** On-site (Calle 16 de Septiembre, Centro Histórico, CDMX), with the possibility of 1 remote workday\*
**Salary Range:** $12,000 \- $15,000 MXN net per month (based on skills and experience).
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
**About the position:** We are seeking a proactive, highly organized professional with exceptional attention to detail to manage the administrative and operational logistics of our high-specialty academic programs (Sustainable Finance, Cybersecurity, Competency Standards, and International Alliances). If you have experience coordinating training for the financial or banking sector, this opportunity is for you!
**Key responsibilities:**\n\n* **End-to-End Student and Course Management:** Coordinate *mailing*, registration, billing, and issuance of certificates for our key programs (EMTECH, ISO 20022 ALLANCE Workshop, EC0213, Soft Skills, NIF D\-5, among others).\n* **Administrative Control:** Execute Credit Bureau processes and manage payments to suppliers in the sector.\n* **Commercial Follow-up and Customer Support:** Respond to information requests via email and phone calls; prepare/send economic proposals; follow up on prospects; and manage final enrollment.\n* **Monitoring and Statistical Reporting:** Prepare the monthly AMIB pass-rate summary report and generate AMIB service breakdowns upon request.\n* **Content Updates:** Review and update quarterly the Certification and Revalidation informational brochures, and audit course content.\n\nRequirements:\n\n* **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Pedagogy, International Relations, Finance, or related field.\n* **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in training administration, corporate academic administration, or operational customer support within the financial/banking sector.\n* **Tools:** Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, business formulas) and billing tools (basic knowledge of foreign exchange/dollar transactions).\n* **Desirable Knowledge:** Familiarity with procedures/standards before AMIB, SEPROBAN, and Mortgage Competency Standards (EC1078, EC0944, and EC0903\.02\).\n* **Skills:** High level of organization, assertive communication, frustration tolerance, and customer orientation.\n\n**What we offer?:** Competitive salary commensurate with experience, Statutory benefits, Opportunities for development and continuous learning in cutting-edge financial and cybersecurity topics, Excellent work environment.\n\nSalary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month\n\nBenefits:\n\n* Gym discount\n\nWorkplace: On-site employment
