Job Summary: We are seeking personnel with extensive experience in the hospitality industry and general maintenance equipment operation for an on-site position. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry 2. Extensive knowledge of boiler, power plant, and water pump operation 3. Proficiency in electricity, plumbing, painting, and varnishing Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry and extensive knowledge of operating equipment such as boilers, power plants, water pumps, elevators, electricity, plumbing, painting, and varnishing. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service Education: * Incomplete or ongoing high school diploma (Preferred) Experience: * General maintenance: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
