On-site work Job Responsibilities Develop, configure, and support technology solutions focused on omnichannel engagement and commercial automation, helping improve lead acquisition, tracking, and conversion through digital channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook, web forms, digital campaigns, and CRM. **Main Responsibilities** • Develop and configure customer service workflows and automation on omnichannel platforms. • Support development activities within InConcert. • Create and maintain integrations between digital channels and CRM. • Develop basic/intermediate JavaScript scripts for automation and validation. • Configure connections with WhatsApp Business, Facebook Lead Ads, and Google Ads. • Provide operational and technical support for digital commercial campaigns. • Monitor incidents and propose process improvements for automated systems. • Document developed solutions and configurations. Essential Knowledge • Basic/intermediate JavaScript. • Basic SQL and database querying. • Consumption and integration of REST APIs. • Understanding of JSON structures. • Familiarity with CRM processes and commercial automation. • Ability to interpret logs and identify integration errors. Desirable Knowledge in InConcert • Basic configuration and campaign administration in InConcert. • Creation and maintenance of workflows and automations. • Configuration of omnichannel channels: WhatsApp, Facebook, Email, and Web Chat. • Use of JavaScript scripts within InConcert. • Integration between InConcert and Microsoft Dynamics 365\. • Basic handling of webhooks, APIs, and business rules. • Validation and troubleshooting of integrations. **We Offer:** Salary: $28,000 to $30,000 MXN per month, depending on experience and technical knowledge.
