Verify the functionality of office air conditioning equipment. 2\. Inspect and perform preventive and corrective repairs on hydrosanitary installations (bathrooms, sinks, drainage) and gas systems. 3\. Perform preventive\-corrective maintenance tasks both inside and outside facilities (painting, masonry, waterproofing, drywall, furniture repair, etc.) 4\. Inspect electrical installations, replacing burnt-out light fixtures and checking outlet functionality. 5\. Perform locksmithing tasks, including key duplication, lock cylinder replacement, and drawer unlocking upon user request. 6\.
