Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of garment contractors (maquiladores). * Personnel management experience. * 80% proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Responsibilities: * Process mapping. * Time studies. * Analysis of multi-style garment operation breakdowns. * Knowledge of work methods for various operations. Schedule: * Monday to Friday.
