A leading wine and spirits brand is seeking: DISTRIBUTION SPECIALIST **Purpose of the Position** Ensure operational excellence and strategic positioning of the RTD (Ready to Drink) beverage portfolio within the Traditional Channel. The incumbent will serve as the key link between local distributors and the brand at the point of sale, ensuring that commercial and brand strategies are executed through visibility, incentive tracking, and collection of strategic data. **Essential Requirements** * Gender: Indistinct (Focus on talent and commercial attitude). * Dynamic field profile * Education: Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in commercial or administrative fields (minimum completed High School diploma). * Experience: 2–3 years in field sales, preferably with fast-moving consumer goods companies (beverages, spirits, snacks). * Tools: Personal vehicle and laptop. * Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on intermediate Excel (for survey reporting and results tracking).
