




**School Services Amevie Professional Educational Institute** **Location Tuxtla Gutierrez Chiapas** **Position Objective** **Coordinate, organize, and follow up on all academic and administrative processes of the School Services department in technical and undergraduate academic programs.** The position requires experience in managing academic systems, document control and storage, preparation of official reports to SEP, as well as management of school procedures. Includes experience in admission processes and document validation with SEP, supervision of files, creation of report cards, minutes, and other official forms. **Main Responsibilities** * Administration of the **Algebraix system**: enrollments, withdrawals, generation of report cards and academic reports. (Training provided) * **New admissions**: receipt of documents, creation of digital and physical files, group formation, and follow-up with students who have incomplete documentation. * Control of **official documentation**: registration records, report cards, transcripts, minutes, certificates, and diplomas. * Coordination of **graduations** and logistics for academic events. * Preparation of **monthly reports**: department expenses, calendars, program updates, permits to SEP and government. * Management of **internships and social service**: document review, report tracking, releases, and certifications. * **Digital organization**: management of Google Drive, files and folders by cohort. * Support in **administrative teaching tasks**: faculty enrollment, official documentation for SEP, schedule control. * Handling and control of **DHL shipments** (official documents). * Preparation and submission of expense reports for the School Services department. **Specific Activities** * Entry of grades into transcripts and minutes. * Generation and control of faculty roster. * Reporting and listing of student withdrawals. * Sending official documents to SEP and coordination with academic management. * Academic calendar: registration, start and end of classes, exams, delivery of official documents. **Requirements** * Minimum **2 years of experience in school services** (mandatory). * Experience with **Algebraix** or similar academic systems. * Knowledge of SEP procedures (enrollments, withdrawals, official reports, certifications). * Organization of physical and digital files. * Proficiency in **Google Drive** and Office suite. * Experience in coordinating school events (graduations). **Skills** * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Document management capability. * Courteous and professional interaction with students and teachers. * Proactivity and adherence to deadlines. **We Offer** **Professional growth** with development opportunities within the institution. **Continuous training** in internal processes and academic system management. **20 to 25 annual vacation days**, exceeding legal requirements. **Statutory benefits** from the first day of employment.
