Focused on staff training and ethical workplace environment. **INTRAMURAL SECURITY COORDINATOR** * Education: Minimum high school diploma * Experience: Minimum 2 years as Supervisor or Coordinator in intramural security field. * Experience coordinating work teams * Experience in customer interaction **Competencies/Skills:** * Leadership. * Teamwork. * Resilience in emergency situations * Strategic thinking. * Decision-making ability. * Verbal and written communication skills **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate schedules based on current operations. * Responsible for staying updated on relevant developments and following up until resolution or agreement with the client. * Must schedule work for the operational team. * Responsible for information regarding assigned services; therefore, must always maintain high availability. * Evaluate performance of supervised personnel. * Confirm coverage of assigned service. * Report relevant developments as they arise. * Reinforce training on protocols and responsibilities. * Responsible for payroll incident reporting. * Ensure an ethical environment to foster a positive workplace atmosphere. * Train security personnel to ensure qualification for performing duties. * Attend meetings with clients for operational follow-up and correct reported incidents via action plan.
