Manages separation processes and ensures compliance with labor regulations POSITION: **Human Resources Generalist** **EDUCATION**: B.A. in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field **EXPERIENCE**: Minimum 3 years in a similar role * Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of Compaq software suite * Accustomed to working under objective-based performance systems. **COMPETENCIES**: Leadership, communication, negotiation, innovation, results orientation, and teamwork. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. * Conduct employee onboarding and organize training initiatives. * Manage employee separation processes. * Provide HR-related support to employees and resolve any questions or issues that may arise. * Record information in digital platforms and electronic files. * Collect and analyze HR metrics such as time-to-hire and employee turnover rates. * Coordinate employee performance reviews with the operations department. * Maintain employee files and records in both electronic and physical formats. * Enhance employee satisfaction by promptly resolving issues, implementing new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
