We are seeking a **RECEPTIONIST** to serve customers in person or by phone, perform quotations, provide instructions, and collect payments for tests. **Responsibilities:** * Provide excellent customer service (courteous when assisting with instructions and payment collection). * Perform quotations and corresponding collection for requested patient tests using the established system. * Keep track of incoming calls and deliver messages to the appropriate personnel. * Accurately collect payments for completed tests. * Maintain records of home, clinic, and sanatorium sample collections in a logbook. * Perform daily cash register closing with the proper report according to the system. **Requirements:** * Technical high school diploma. * Minimum 6\-12 months of experience in clinical laboratories. * Excellent customer service attitude.
