Job Description: **Job Objective** Ensure that products, processes, and materials comply with the quality standards established by the company and by customers, through inspection, sampling, recording, and release at each stage of the production process. **Job Activities and Responsibilities** * Comply with the internal work regulations. * Perform sampling according to the AQL table. * Execute finished product release in accordance with specifications. * Properly complete records on time and as required. * Collect and safeguard quality samples. * Ensure compliance with requirements for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products according to specifications. * Perform first-piece release on the production line. * Participate in root cause analysis for implementation of corrective actions. * Immediately identify non-conforming products detected. * Track traceability on the shop floor. * Carry out tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Required Skills and Competencies** * Knowledge of process inspection. * Basic PC skills. * Measurement methods and instruments (vernier caliper, calibrator, micrometer, etc.). * Proper completion of records. * Basic knowledge of the **ISO 9001:2015** standard. * Application of the **5S methodology**. * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Attention to detail and discipline. * Teamwork and effective communication. **Authority** * Halt processes upon detection of non-conforming products. * Request additional sampling from operators when necessary. * Enforce proper use of PPE by shop floor personnel. * Retain and identify non-conforming products. * Authorize limited quantity scrap, in accordance with internal policies.
