




- **Organize the evidence folder for SDES and subsidy-granting agencies.** - **Support the Integration Committee by managing agreements, projects, and documentation.** - **Attend informational meetings for new projects.** - **Consolidate the event calendar for all departments of CICEG.** - **Consolidate information, reports, and submissions for the Ministry of Economy and other agencies.** - **Coordinate the work of the three commissions, ensuring compliance with agreements, integration of proposals, and timely follow-up.** - **Coordinate institutional communication for forums, invitations, reports, and program closures.** - **Coordinate the Labor Force Working Tables, integrating companies, educational institutions, and public agencies to design solutions for sectoral labor demand.** - **Define objectives, participant profiles, content, and strategic logistics for institutional events.** - **Determine the criteria and methods necessary to ensure both operation and control of these processes are effective.** - **Design the annual linkage plan with goals, indicators, and timelines.** - **Design collaboration strategies with municipal, state, federal, and educational institutions.** - **Design the implementation of Dual Training Programs with UTL and ITL.** - **Design and coordinate Labor Force Working Tables, technical labor reform tables, etc.** - **Execute full logistics for labor and e-commerce forums: agenda, speakers, suppliers, materials, and participant experience follow-up.** - **Execute and coordinate the “Thursday Shoemaker” Service Fairs, including calls for participation, logistics, liaison with invited institutions, and corporate support.** - **Develop the annual activity schedule for the commissions: Labor, Social Responsibility, and E-commerce.** - **Establish key performance indicators to measure the impact of trainings, programs, and events.** - **Formalize strategic alliances with educational institutions, government bodies, and the private sector.** - **Manage support, resources, and corporate participation for events such as “Company With You”, “Daily Care Homes”, among others.** - **Manage the annual budget for the area.** - **Manage verification of state government-funded projects.** - **Manage relationships with agencies such as STPS, INAEBA, FONACOT, CCL, the College of Accountants, universities, and allied organizations.** - **Manage identified training needs from affiliated companies.** - **Manage and coordinate workshops and trainings with all institutions under collaboration agreements.** - **Keep responsibilities updated in accordance with changes made within CICEG to this job profile.** - **Maintain close communication with partners to understand their needs.** - **Implement corrective and preventive action procedures when required by the position, department, or client.** - **Implement the document and record control procedure applicable to the position.** - **Conduct monthly commission sessions: issuing notices, setting agendas, preparing minutes, recording agreements, and following up.** - **Operate and monitor Dual Training Programs with UTL and ITL, including student selection, company assignment, mentoring, and evaluation.** - **Organize and disseminate labor reform updates, ensuring clear and timely information for affiliated companies.** - **Plan and structure two annual strategic forums: the “Proud Shoemaker” Labor Forum and the E-commerce Forum.** - **Plan and structure the “Thursday Shoemaker” Service Fairs.** - **Plan and implement the necessary processes, monitoring, measurement, analysis, and improvement to demonstrate compliance with client/partner or service requirements.** - **Conduct course closures, administer surveys, deliver certificates, and consolidate statistics, photographs, attendance lists, and evidence for verification.** - **Issue calls for participation, institutional invitations, and key content for social media or dissemination.** - **Issue purchase orders.** - **Carry out promotion and confirmation via phone and email with clients.** - **Perform all tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.** - **Register and track operational participation of trainees in training and development programs.** - **Represent CICEG on technical committees, institutional meetings, and working groups related to sectoral development.** - **Responsible for performance indicators within the area of work.** - **Supervise the implementation of Dual Training Programs in coordination with UTL and ITL.
