### **Position Objective** Ensure that the customer receives excellent service and attention by performing requested transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Serve customer and user transactions at the counter and mobile cash register quickly, politely, and without errors. * Perform all operations honestly and in compliance with banking regulations and company values. * Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ's cash handling policies and procedures, and the 7's methodology. * Safeguard cash in secure areas and follow bunker security measures. * Meet cash handling productivity goals and implement the anti-fili plan. * Provide friendly and courteous service to encourage customer return and referrals. ### **Ideal Candidate Profile** * One year of experience as a cashier or handling cash. * Enjoy interacting with customers. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work weekends. * Honest in performing job duties. ### **Value Proposition** * Starting salary: **$1,740 weekly.** * Weekly commissions: **600 pesos.** * **Statutory benefits:** Vacation starting at 12 days per year, annual vacation bonus of 25%, year-end bonus of 15 days per year, increasing based on seniority. * **Working conditions:** 8-hour daily shifts from Monday to Sunday with one weekday rest day.
