They may lead supply chain management activities and provide basic training to entry-level staff. This person is a team leader of high integrity and commitment to Water Mission’s core values. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain materials in the warehouse area in good order and condition per established procedures, ensuring continuous supply. * Conduct physical inventory counts. * Coordinate handling and documentation of material or tool receipts and issuances in the warehouse. * Perform periodic selective inventories. * Support control of obsolete and/or new materials or equipment. * Support receipt of materials, equipment, supplies, and tools by verifying purchase order specifications or reference notes. * Assist in collecting and delivering materials and equipment to the warehouse manager per submitted requests. * Deliver copies of warehouse requisitions to the Accounting and Logistics departments in the absence of the warehouse manager. * Support review and execution of monthly physical inventories. * Any other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor or the organization. * Perform country program procurement-related activities, including quotations, material budgeting, verification of purchases made, and purchase requests, supporting the field team. * Fulfill necessary functions for equipment importation. * Support the Accounting team with vehicle mileage logging and other auxiliary tasks. * Availability for occasional travel within the state. * Model servant leadership for colleagues, partners, the communities we serve, and the public, consistent with the organization’s mission and core values. * Participate in or lead internal activities aligned with the organization’s mission and core values. * Other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor. **Essential Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Economics/Administration field) * Basic English proficiency. * Valid driver’s license. * Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize disparate information clearly and concisely. * Solid knowledge of plumbing materials, hardware, and tools. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Service orientation. * Demonstrated moral integrity. * Team player. * Self-confidence. * Maintain high standards of honesty. * Maintain an open mind and willingness to consider ideas. * Flexibility to manage change. * This role interacts with all organizational staff as well as suppliers. * Personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ. * Alignment with Water Mission’s Statement of Faith and core values of Love, Excellence, and Integrity. * Model servant leadership for colleagues, partners, the communities we serve, and the public, in alignment with the organization’s mission and core values. * Participate in or lead internal activities aligned with the organization’s mission and core values. * Impeccable level of integrity in the responsible and transparent handling of funds. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas and constructive feedback clearly. * Commitment to ending the global water crisis. * Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. * Legal authorization to work in Mexico without sponsorship.
