




**Position Objective:** Develop and implement communication plans that support the company's objectives, create content guidelines for various platforms; manage and update the website and social media accounts; coordinate with other departments on content to be published on these platforms; and generally establish good relationships with the media. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Serve as the spokesperson for internal and external corporate communications; * Develop communication strategies that support organizational objectives; * Create content guidelines for various platforms used; * Organize events and press conferences to showcase the company's achievements (toward collaborators or different elements of the value chain); * Monitor and measure the impact of communication activities; * Identify and address any communication issues or risks; * Build and maintain relationships with the media; * Build and maintain public relations with collaborators or different elements of the value chain, including the media; * Responsible for effective social media management and meeting the expectations and needs of communication recipients; * Responsible for drafting speeches or official statements for external release; * Responsible for effective corporate brand management; * Continuous monitoring and frequent analysis of social media and platforms; * Collaborate with other departments to ensure message alignment; * Maintain visual brand consistency across all company platforms and materials. **Job Requirements:** **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. **Work Experience** · At least 3 years in a similar or related position. **Technical Skills** i. Experience managing press conferences; ii. Proficiency in Social Media (preferably Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube, Instagram) iii. Use of impact measurement tools (Google Analytics) iv. Management of multiple projects; v. Computer proficiency (text editing software such as Microsoft Word, Works, etc.); vi. Basic-to-intermediate level skills in design and editing software for images, audio, and video (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Illustrator, AI-based production); and handling of printed (POP) and digital formats; vii. Strong spelling and writing skills viii. Intermediate-to-advanced English (required); ix.
