The role will involve working in a cross\-functional environment to effectively deliver projects and meet stringent timelines. **Project Planning:** * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. * Develop detailed project plans and schedules. * Allocate resources and manage project budgets. **Execution and Monitoring:** * Lead project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. * Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary. * Conduct regular status meetings with project teams. **Stakeholder Management:** * Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders. * Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure project alignment with business objectives. * Prepare and present project reports to senior management. **Risk Management:** * Identify and manage project risks and issues. * Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. **Quality Assurance:** * Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. * Conduct post\-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement. **Governance management:** * Set up strong project governance aligning to overall program requirements * Set up reporting cadence and communication mechanism **Qualifications** ------------------ **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred * Accounting background will be beneficial **Skills:** * Minimum of 5 years of project management experience. * Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion. * Exposure to communicating with senior stakeholders including c\-suite team members. * Experience in opportunity identification and business case creation * Should be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and reach best possible result * Must be able to independently identify root causes, gather and analyze data to support hypotheses and develop actionable recommendation * Must be willing and able to travel and work in multiple time zones **Knowledge/Experience** * Minimum of 5 years of project management experience * Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion * Exposure to communicating with senior stakeholders including c\-suite team members * Experience in opportunity identification and business case creation *Inclusive job opportunity*
