**Functions and Responsibilities** * Pack toasted bread and flour tortillas according to weight and quantity specifications. * Operate and assist in the use of sealing and packaging machines. * Verify that packages are properly sealed and free of air leaks. * Apply labels, expiration dates, and batch codes as per procedure. * Conduct visual inspection of products prior to packaging (e.g., broken, undercooked, or defective items). * Maintain cleanliness and order in the packaging area and equipment. * Report machinery, sealing, or packaging malfunctions to the supervisor. * Assist with counting and organizing finished products. * Assemble boxes **Requirements** * Minimum education level: elementary or junior high school. * Experience: preferred in food packaging. * Agility and manual dexterity. * Heat tolerance. **Working Conditions** * Packaging area within a food manufacturing plant. * Standing work and repetitive motions. * Mandatory use of hairnets, gloves, face masks, and uniforms.
