Job Summary: OCA Global is seeking an Industrial Safety (HSE) Supervisor with experience in civil construction works within industrial plants to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise compliance with safety and health guidelines for civil construction works. 2. Implement and monitor the project's HSE plan. 3. We are looking for your talent as: **Industrial Safety (HSE) Supervisor** **Location:** Ocosingo, Chiapas (Local candidates only) **Project:** Industrial plant renovation **Project Duration:** Initial 4 months; extension possible based on performance. **Salary:** $24,000 monthly gross \+ (Punctuality bonus: $2,400 \+ Attendance bonus: $2,400\) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise field compliance with industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental guidelines for civil construction works within industrial plants. * Implement and monitor the project's HSE plan. * Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with work permits. * Supervise high-risk activities: working at heights, hot work, confined space entry, lifting operations, and civil construction activities. * Identify, report, and correct unsafe acts and conditions. * Conduct safety inductions, safety talks, and staff training. * Investigate incidents and near-misses, generating reports and corrective actions. * Coordinate safety inspections and field walkthroughs. * Halt work activities when critical risks are detected. * Prepare daily and weekly safety reports. * Support internal and external HSE audits. **WHAT WE VALUE?** * Experience in civil construction projects within industrial plants or factories. * Knowledge of applicable industrial safety regulations (STPS). * Experience working in active operational environments (plants in operation). * Leadership, communication, and field authority skills. * Preventive mindset and decision-making capability. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Safety Supervisor in industrial or civil construction projects. * Demonstrable experience in civil construction works within plants, factories, or industrial facilities. * Valid DC3 certifications (mandatory): * Working at heights * Confined spaces * Hot work * First aid * Knowledge of risk analysis, work permits, and supervision of critical activities. * Flexible availability for working hours. * Residency in Chiapas or willingness to relocate to Ocosingo. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- in progress **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Construction *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69f1372a3f00002e00f477d5\&source\=indeed*
