We are looking for a committed **Private Security Supervisor**, with operational leadership and a results-oriented focus. This position requires full availability to ensure daily coverage of services and maintain constant communication with the staff under supervision. **Main responsibilities:** * **Ensure daily service coverage**, organizing one day in advance to anticipate incidents such as absences, sick leaves, disabilities, or vacancies. * **Conduct operational visits** twice daily to the 23 assigned services for direct supervision, uniform delivery, and handling matters such as overtime payments. * **Prepare and manage gasoline requests** for operational rounds and transfers. * **Process overtime payments**, validate attendance, and resolve incidents directly on-site. * **Maintain constant communication via WhatsApp and phone calls** with operational staff, zone supervisors, and the administrative department. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite** (Excel, Word) for incident tracking, daily reporting, and staff scheduling. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor in private security. * Full availability for a 24 x 24 shift schedule. * Operational leadership, proactivity, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills, clear communication, and a service-oriented attitude.
