Use and maintenance of computers and scanners **Digitalizer** ***Job Objective*** Capture, digitize, organize, and safeguard physical documents in digital format, ensuring quality, confidentiality, and proper information management through appropriate use of computer equipment and technological tools. **Main Responsibilities** * Digitize and scan documents. * Enter and validate information in internal systems. * Organize and classify digital and physical files. * Verify quality and legibility of digitized documents. * Use and maintain computers, scanners, and printers. * Safeguard and ensure confidentiality of processed information. * Meet production targets and established deadlines. * Support administrative tasks related to the project. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, or related field. * Proficiency in operating computer equipment. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of document scanning and digitization. * Ability to quickly and accurately enter data. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Flexible availability for work hours. * Ability to work under pressure and toward objectives. **Skills and Competencies** * Responsibility. * Punctuality. * Organization. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. * Honesty and confidentiality. * Effective communication. * Adaptability to change. **Experience** * Prior experience in digitization projects, data entry, or document archiving is preferred. * Experience handling technological systems and equipment.
