Therefore, we seek committed, honest employees eager to join our UNSTOPPABLE FORCE as TRAINING ANALYST POSITION OBJECTIVE Develop, design, and update instructional materials for the company's in-person and remote training programs for existing and newly created positions, as well as manage users and courses on the "Universidad Corporativa Findep" platform. Ensure that materials are available to develop our employees' skills, competencies, and knowledge, and maintain an updated platform to achieve the business's strategic objectives. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Support identifying training needs impacting employee job performance to propose reinforcement actions jointly with the Deputy Director and regional zone managers. * Develop multimedia materials for virtual and in-person training (videos, manuals, presentations, infographics, assessments, etc.) to effectively transfer competencies to staff. * Manage Universidad FINDEP (users, courses, grades, support, and advisory services, etc.). * Monitor initial training (technical, operational, and onboarding) and continuous training, certifications, and campaigns by generating reliable reports for the Training Directorate/Deputy Directorate to facilitate decision-making. * Plan and/or organize national virtual classrooms for campaigns and/or certifications. * Innovate content creation according to new trends in learning theories or technology applied to learning objects, including Front-end updates on the platform and interactive visual elements. Theoretical-technical knowledge: Delivery of in-person and remote training courses. Development and application of training needs assessments (DNC). Design and development of instructional materials. Knowledge of instructional teaching/learning techniques. Experience with platforms managing virtual learning environments (e-learning), as well as office productivity tools. Adobe Suite Tools/Software: Google Tools, Microsoft Office Suite, LMS Platforms, Audacity, Captivate, Genially, Zoom, Shift, GoAnimate, Piktochart, Class Dojo. Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (100% credits, title or license). Degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Communication, and/or Education Sciences.
