




Job Summary: We are seeking an Academic Coordinator with pedagogical leadership to supervise learning processes, manage teaching staff, and ensure student well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Initial and ongoing training **Academic Coordinator\- Basic Level** Completed Bachelor’s degree in: * Pedagogy * Teacher Education * Educational Sciences * Educational Intervention Master’s degree in: \* Educational Management, Education, or related field. Competencies: * Implement the learning process according to SEP and institutional guidelines. * Conduct observations, follow-up, evaluations, and continuity of the continuous improvement plan. * Supervise and validate reports as evaluation instruments. * Manage teaching staff while fostering a positive organizational climate. * Provide support to parents and students, promoting holistic well-being. Knowledge: * Current curriculum plans and programs. * Educational assessment. * Educational leadership and management. * Proficiency in educational platforms and digital tools. Skills and attitudes: * Pedagogical leadership * Assertive communication * Conflict resolution * Results-oriented mindset Experience: * Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at the basic education level. * At least 2 years in academic leadership or school administration roles.
