It includes functions such as implementing improvements, ensuring compliance with standards, supervising audits, and managing patient safety; and qualities such as leadership, communication skills, ability to work in teams, and a focus on continuous improvement to optimize patient care and satisfaction. **Academic Background** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Public Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in quality, patient safety, or continuous improvement areas within healthcare institutions. * Knowledge in implementation and monitoring of hospital quality management systems. * Experience in internal and external audits, and applicable current health regulations. * Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and propose effective solutions for process improvement. **Knowledge** * Hospital risk management and patient safety. * Development, updating, and control of manuals, procedures, policies, and internal protocols. * Knowledge of current regulations and rules issued by the Ministry of Health. * Basic proficiency in Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and supervise the hospital's Quality Management System. * Coordinate internal and external audits, as well as derived improvement plans. * Planning, coordination, and execution of internal audits across different hospital departments. * Measure and analyze quality and patient safety indicators. * Train staff on policies, protocols, and best practices. * Promote a culture of quality and safety within the hospital. * Maintain control and tracking of properly coded inventories of medical equipment owned by the hospital. * Report monthly to the General Management on the performance of the quality system, including information from internal and external audits, inventories, and medical equipment maintenance. * Understanding of applicable health regulations and standards regarding quality and patient safety, and handling audits. * Management and compliance with federal, state, and municipal procedures.
