**Financing Coordinator**
**Position Objective**
Coordinate and manage customer vehicle financing processes, ensuring efficient service, timely follow-up, and compliance with guidelines established by financial institutions and the company, thereby contributing to sales closure and customer satisfaction.
**Functions and Responsibilities**
* Provide customers with advice on financing options, credit products, and available plans.
* Compile, review, and validate credit files.
* Follow up on authorization processes with financial institutions and banks.
* Maintain constant communication with sales advisors and customers regarding application status.
* Verify that documentation complies with internal policies and financial institutions' requirements.
* Manage contract signings and delivery of corresponding documentation.
* Prepare reports on applications received, approved, and rejected.
* Ensure adherence to response timeframes and established targets.
* Keep the database and document control system updated.
* Follow up on renewals, insurance, and complementary financial products.
* Comply with confidentiality guidelines and financial information handling protocols.
Position ProfileEducation
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
* Finance.
* Accounting or related field.
Experience
* Minimum 1–2 years in financing, automotive credit, banking, or financial customer service.
* Experience managing credit files and interacting with customers.
Knowledge
* Automotive credit and financing processes.
* Handling of financial documentation.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and administrative systems.
