**Responsibilities / Duties:**
* Provide direct therapeutic services to program participants as needed, including group work and family therapy.
* Administer required mental and behavioral health assessments for program participants.
* Coordinate services for each participant jointly with the Social Worker.

* Assign appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for various activities and operations conducted within the company, and supervise proper usage by personnel to mitigate risks to workers and ensure rational PPE utilization.
* Maintain operational Emergency Committees and DANA Emergency Brigades, managing training and competency development to ensure effective response to any emergency occurring at the facility or in the surrounding area, thereby safeguarding personnel, facilities, and the environment.
