Galerías Tapachula is currently seeking a "Security and Prevention Manager" Required Profile: * Education: High school diploma (Desired) * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar positions, security areas. * Up-to-date documentation Responsibilities: * Supervision and monitoring of security department policies and procedures. * Recruit and train new team members (CCTV and guards). * Plan and coordinate facility security operations. * Coordinate and prepare personnel for emergencies. * Review and handle incidents and violations. * Establish and maintain relationships with state security agencies. * Prepare reports and reports for management review.
