Eligere Research is seeking, on behalf of one of its clients—a major multinational company—candidates for the position of: ***IT MANAGER*** *Position Objective:* Ensure the proper operation of information systems for data protection by managing technology tools and optimizing company resources. *Responsibilities:* * Promote continuous improvement projects in IT, AI, and other areas. * Manage technical support tools. * Oversee SAP implementation and maintenance (MANDATORY). * Liaise with and negotiate contracts with vendors. * Ensure proper management of company assets. *Key Knowledge and Experience Required:* * Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, or Administrative Informatics (completed). * Minimum four years’ experience leading IT projects in SAP, Sites, AI, etc. **(MANDATORY)** * Knowledge of communications and routers, computer equipment administration, WAN/LAN networks, VoIP technology, SAN devices, and NAS systems. * Experience implementing ERP systems, specifically SAP **(MANDATORY)** * Experience working in sites, manufacturing plants, or similar environments **(MANDATORY)** *Required Competencies:* * Analytical thinking, teamwork, leadership, negotiation skills, results orientation. *Compensation and Work Location:* * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Work location: Toluca.
