Job Summary: We are seeking a warehouse professional to manage agricultural inputs, ensuring quality and efficiency in distribution, with responsibilities including inventory control and product arrangement. REQUIREMENTS: * Availability to travel as required by operations (minimum 7 days per month) * Educational level: minimum junior high school EXPERIENCE: * Minimum experience in warehouse operations * Conducting inventory counts * Product arrangement and replenishment * Basic knowledge of technological tools * Order verification RESPONSIBILITIES: * First-in, first-out (FIFO) principle * Product arrangement * General warehouse cleaning * Storing and identifying incoming supplies in the warehouse * Loading and unloading of goods * Reducing loss volume * Verifying and ensuring products are in perfect condition COMPETENCIES: * Continuous learning * Adaptability to change * Compliance with regulations * Commitment * Integrity * Results orientation OFFERING: * Biweekly payment * Gross monthly salary + bonuses + employer/employee savings fund contribution + grocery vouchers: $16,000 gross monthly * Statutory benefits and above-statutory benefits
