Plans and performs necessary well job calculations as required. May coordinate service operator activities during equipment setup and teardown at a location, as well as equipment preparation for job execution. Ensures customer satisfaction with completed work. Responsible for material inventory management when acting as the sole Halliburton service provider at the wellsite. As required, may perform data collection and distribution during jobs. Uses competency processes to improve skill development and job performance. Responsible for ensuring field documentation is properly completed. Job tasks, when performed correctly, indirectly impact cost control, operational efficiency, and profitability. Skills are typically acquired through completion of Halliburton's Professional Development (Competency) requirements for the job role. Must possess strong expertise within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions. Must have knowledge of HMS, HSE standards, work methods, and guidelines for CT personnel. Promotes safety and environmental awareness.
